Allison Clark31 July 2024I joined up with Cheryl approx 3 months ago and what a difference it has made to my diet and fitness progress. I am steadily losing body fat and gaining muscle at a pace that is just right for me (I had spinal surgery 8 months ago) and due to this my plan is tailored to me individually. Working with a small group of likeminded ladies is also encouraging and Cheryl is always on hand to provide advice/technique and encouragement.
Yasmin McCarthy22 July 2024When I first joined Cheryl's training program, I was apprehensive and nervous, but I was immediately welcomed into a great community. Cheryl added me to a group chat with other women, which boosted my motivation and made me feel supported. As a beginner, I found the sessions easy to understand. I struggled with my form initially, but Cheryl provided simple corrections and alternative exercises that worked for me. She gives individualised attention even in a group setting, tailoring workouts to accommodate injuries, a weak core, or any other challenges. I recently had a baby and an emergency c-section, which left me with back pain and a weak core. Cheryl, having had kids herself, understands women’s anatomy and knows what works best. She helped me adjust in real-time during sessions, and I felt a significant difference, making exercises more effective. Before joining, I had high anxiety about going to the gym and lacked confidence in my workouts. With Cheryl's guidance, I started attending gym sessions confidently and without anxiety. She has provided me with numerous tips, valuable information, and exercises that I can continue using. Although I can't currently stick with the program, I'd rejoin in a heartbeat if I could. I would 1000% recommend Cheryl's training to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals, enjoy a supportive community, and gain confidence while moving their body. Cheryl's program is truly transformative!
Lisa Etherson22 July 2024Cheryl is exactly who I've needed to work with to improve my fitness whilst navigating perimenopause. She is extremely knowledgeable about what women need to look after themselves as they go through this change in their body. Something that I feel is rare in the world of physical fitness. She understands that one approach fits all and what may have been ol for me in my 20s and 30s is not OK for me now in my 50s. Cherly is endlessly patient and has been great at making adjustments that suits my body. I cannot recommend her group coaching enough
nicola og22 July 2024The time I've spent with Cheryl thus far has been amazing, the time spent out of the house and in a small group working on my fitness and strength, I'm so glad I found her. The improvements I've made to my eating/diet has really helped me reach goals and I completely enjoy making meals now. Cheryl is very enthusiastic and loves her job.
Sam Jackson4 June 2024I didn't know where to turn before I was put in touch with Cheryl. I did work out a little (cardio and yoga) and thought I'd got a relatively healthy diet but for several months I'd struggled to lose any weight and it was getting me down. When I spoke to Cheryl she listened and understood how I was feeling. The changes she suggested weren't huge and I was sceptical they would work, but in the first week I'd lost body fat. By week 4 I could see a difference in my before and after pictures, all without doing any real exercise other than walking. I feel now that I've got the skills and knowledge to keep going on my journey and that's all down to Cheryl's help and support.
Helen Spicer28 February 2023After years of not putting my well-being first I finally decided it was time to sort myself out and lose some weight. As a woman of a certain age it had become challenging to do this on my own and accepted I needed some help and guidance. My partner recommended Cheryl and after a short time of watching her socials and what she was about I reached out to her. She told me what to expect and I generally loved her attitude and bubbly personality. I find the gym atmosphere daunting and so far out of my comfort zone that it’s what has put me off in the past. But after my first session I was amazed at how much I enjoyed it. The nicest bunch of lasses go to train with Cheryl. And the way they bounce of each other actually makes it fun. I’ve never worked so hard in a gym and it has paid off. My losses have been amazing and I thank Cheryl for the encouragement and showing me what I’m capable of. The constant support she gives and the passion she displays is infectious. I hated exercise. Lived a very sedentary lifestyle but now I can safely say… I love training and It’s become part of my routine. My mind set has completely changed too. I eat well and love the gym. And I have Cheryl to thank for that. I highly recommend her to everyone
Nicole Thompson23 January 2023Cheryl has really helped me understand more about my nutrition and taught me all about the balance and how much protein / carbs / fats to eat. In a simple way! She has also helped me understand tempo and resistance and repetition exercises in the gym. Despite living in Dubai and Cheryl living in the Uk, even with the time zone she has always been quick to respond and very attentive! Always going above and beyond in providing me with answers and information in simple bite size chunks! Highly recommend Cheryl!!
Nicola Lowery3 November 2022Cheryl has been exactly what I've needed after falling Into bad habits with my nutrition; despite knowing exactly what I needed to do, I just wasn't doing it and I wasn't happy. Having struggled hugely with my hormones and related symptoms, I completed the 6 week hormone reset programme. Cheryl's programme has been well explained, simple to follow and tailored around my busy life. Cheryl genuinely cares about making her programme work for you and around your lifestyle through making reasonable, and easily achievable changes that quickly become good habits. The app is a great tool and provides helpful prompts and reminders to keep you on track. Accountability was the main thing I needed and Cheryl was fantastic at keeping me on track, but also answering my messages, and sending me voicenotes when I asked for advice and tips. Her knowledge is excellent and she understands the challenges of trying to juggle kids, work, exercise, good nutrition and everything else. She is realistic and promotes building healthy habits, but allowing room for enjoyment and indulgence too. I'd highly recommend her programmes to anyone who needs a kick-start, or some redirection, particularly women who are struggling with cycle, hormones and related issues.
Margi Eccles3 September 2022I first came across Cheryl during COVID19 when she was doing free online sessions. I live abroad and she was recommended by a friend. She came across as very knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed these sessions. During my holiday this summer (2022), I wanted to keep up with my training and I got in touch with Cheryl before I returned. She discussed various options with me and as soon as I returned to the UK, I went along to her group sessions. I find it difficult to actually put into words how amazing Cheryl is! Professional, knowledgeable but most of all she has an amazing personality that puts you at ease. She made me feel welcome from the second I arrived, she checked my form and corrected me, she pushed me to achieve my best and at the same time made me laugh. She gave me nutrition advice and also helped with my sleep routine. She has a knack of making you feel good about yourself and she definitely boosted my confidence. As soon as I return back to the UK on a permanent basis, I will be joining her group sessions again. Without any hesittion, I would completely recommend Cheryl. Get in touch with her and I promise you will not regret it.
